Opulence is a tool for recording and looking at your own money. You enter figures and it arranges them, adds them up and projects them forward.

It does not connect to any bank, card issuer or broker, it does not move money, and it cannot transact on your behalf.

Nothing in Opulence is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not a licensed adviser, broker or planner.

Every projection in the app — the forecast, what a monthly amount could become, the debt payoff, the milestone date — is arithmetic applied to numbers and assumptions you chose. It is an illustration, not a prediction, and not a promise. Real returns vary and can be negative.

Market prices, company details and published rates come from outside providers. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and you should not rely on them to make a decision. Decisions about your money are yours, and we would encourage you to take professional advice before making a significant one.

You must be 18 or over to use Opulence.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

One person, one account. Do not use somebody else's.

What you enter stays yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it for anything except running Opulence for you.

You can take a copy whenever you like from More → Documents, and you can ask us to delete all of it. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Do not try to break into the service, read anyone else's information, get round the sign-in, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law.

Do not put anything into Opulence that you have no right to put there.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

We would like Opulence to be available all the time and we cannot promise that it will be. It may be down for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has failed.

Opulence is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure in it is accurate.

Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export exists for exactly that.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for any decision you took on the strength of something Opulence showed you.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using Opulence whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop running the service — in which case we will give you notice and time to take your data out.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page moves when we do, and we will say so in the app where a change is significant. Continuing to use Opulence after a change means accepting it.
